Broccoli And Rice Bake

Minute rice combined with broccoli, onion, celery and cream of mushroom soup. Topped with cheese and baked until golden brown.
Ingredients -
1 cup Onion, chopped
1 cup Celery, chopped
½ cup Butter
1 cup Minute Rice
16 ounces Frozen Broccoli, thawed and drained
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 (8 ounces) jar Cheese Whiz
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Add onion, celery and butter to skillet. Saute onion and celery in butter.

3. Remove skillet from heat.

4. Add minute rice, frozen broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, and cheese to skillet.

5. Spoon into casserole dish.

6. Bake 45 minutes.

7. Serve hot.

Buy mushrooms that appear clean, firm and not shiny or wet to the touch. Store mushrooms in paper bags and use as soon as possible for best results.
