1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Add onion, celery and butter to skillet. Saute onion and celery in butter.
3. Remove skillet from heat.
4. Add minute rice, frozen broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, and cheese to skillet.
5. Spoon into casserole dish.
6. Bake 45 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
