Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole

Delicious, easy to put together casserole prepared by combining, diced chicken breast, boiling water, wild rice, seasoning mix, cream of mushroom soup, orange juice, minced onion, and salt. Mixture is spooned into prepared dish and baked about an hour in hot oven.

Ingredients -
2 cups diced Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
2-1/4 cups Boiling Water
1 (6 ounces) package Wild Rice with Seasoning Mix
1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1/3 cup Orange Juice
2 tablespoons Minced Onion
1/2 teaspoon Coarse Salt
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Add diced chicken breast, boiling water, wild rice, cream of mushroom soup, orange juice, minced onion, and salt to large bowl. Stir to combine.

3. Spray casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray or grease with butter.

4. Cover with foil and bake 45 to 50 minutes.

5. Uncover and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
